myBAR has been discontinued

On this webpage, there are references to myBAR, which has been discontinued as of July 2026. We will be launching a new platform, join.cpp.edu in September with updated functionality to replace myBAR.

 

 

October - December 2026 Registration

Organizations that participate in October - December 2026 Registration are working towards becoming recognized as an organization January 2027 - May 2028. This process is for new clubs, councils, reviving clubs, organizations, and calendar year Fraternity and Sorority organizations.

Academic Year Fraternity and Sorority Life organizations should be utilizing this March 2027 - August 2027 Registration.

Calendar Year Fraternity and Sorority Life organizations can use this registration window to be recognized for January 2027-December 2027.

Timeline


Starts October 15. Due October 30. 

Three workshops are provided on Zoom and in-person, to students interested in creating new clubs. Club name/type are discussed. Dates are announced through BLC Club/Org Newsletter, BroncoBytes, and CPP Today. 

If you have been inactive for more than two years, you must also attend this meeting.

Starts October 15. Due November 23.

Proposals will open for new clubs or reviving organizations on our new CPP Join platform.

Incoming Presidents will need the following information:

  • Names and email of all club officers and advisors
  • Up-to-date and complete club bylaws that adhere to the language in the sample bylaws below.

Bylaw Requirements:

  • Your bylaws must adhere to the Bylaws Template: 2025 Sample Bylaws and Instructions (DOCX File)
    • References to SELS or OSLCC should now be Bronco Leadership Center, advisor section should use gender neutral language (not him or her), no references to quarters (must be semesters)
  • For revived clubs, any significant changes in the past year (e.g., membership rules, voting/quorum procedures, officer roles, or mission) should be highlighted.

Your bylaws may need several rounds of reviews before it meets with BLC approval. 

DO NOT EMAIL YOUR BYLAWS TO LEADERSHIP@CPP.EDU. THEY WILL ONLY BE REVIEWED IN THE REGISTRATION PROPOSAL FORM AND YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SUBMIT WITHOUT THEM.

Starts upon Club Registration Proposal submission approval. Due December 6.

The Club Officer CPP Learning Workshops and the Club Officer Certification Form must be completed by December 6.

President, treasurer, scheduler, and advisor must follow this process.

  • Each officer and advisor must complete their CPP Learning workshops.
  • Once completed, they must submit their Club Officer Certification form or Club Advisor Certification form (in My Forms on CPP Join) to verify their eligibility and training completion.
  • The Bronco Leadership Center will verify that the officer meets basic eligibility and if they can serve as a President, Treasurer, or Scheduler.
  • All Club Officers will see the status of completion in their My Workflow.

Starting December 1.

Registered Clubs and organizations can start requesting spaces for Spring 2027 (January-May). Clubs/Orgs cannot hold events during winter break, on days the university is closed, or finals week.

If your registration has not been approved, you will have to wait until your club/organization has completed all requirements and been officially registered through our office.

If any aspect of your registration is incomplete by December 18th, your organization's registration proposal will be denied and you will need to register in the next cycle.

BLC performs an audit to ensure that listed officers (Presidents, Treasurers, and Schedulers) meet eligibility requirements: 

At least a 2.0 Semester/ Term GPA and 2.0 Cumulative GPA

Completed one academic term

Currently taking units (6 Undergrad/3 Grad)

Maintain good standing (not on academic or disciplinary probation)

Not have more than 150 semester units (undergrad) or 50 semester units (graduate)
