She brings nearly two decades of experience in higher education and maintains a private psychotherapy practice. Her work integrates cognition, emotion, personality, and lived experience within a biopsychosocial framework, with particular interest in college student mental health, personal development, and whole-person well-being.

About: Sean Cheng, Ph. D., earned his Bachelor's degree in psychology from Pomona College and both his Master's and Doctoral degrees in counseling psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Dr. Cheng guides a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, survivor advocates, and administrative staff in supporting student well-being and success. He works collaborately with campus partners to strengthen coordinated systems of care and promote a responsive and inclusive campus environment.

About: Michael A. Fenske, Psy. D., earned his earned his Bachelor's degree in biblical studies from Life Pacific University in San Dimas and both his Master's and Doctorate of clinical psychology at Asuza Pacific University. Dr. Fenske has mainly trained and worked in university mental health settings as he enjoys working with the developmental and transition-related concerns of college students. He also enjoys working with students addressing faith and spirituality. While utilizing an integrative approach of different therapy modalities, Dr. Fenske has a passion specifically for the helpful and direct nature of Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy.

About: Rhona J. Harrison, Psy. D., received her Bachelor's degree in psychology and doctorate degree in clinical-community psychology from the University of La Verne. She has worked in community mental health, school-based mental health, inpatient psychiatric hospital, and university counseling centers. Dr. Harrison has over 10 years of experience as a psychologist in university counseling. She enjoys helping diverse students overcome social anxiety and explore issues related to their intersecting identities. Dr. Harrison believes that we are wired for connection and that mutually satisfying relationships are necessary for our well-being. Using a person-centered approach, Dr. Harrison provides a warm and nonjudgmental space for students to freely express their authentic selves. She loves helping her clients "connect the dots" and gain insight into their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. Her goal is for each person who comes through her door to feel seen, heard, and empowered. About: Annie R. Kuo (nee Hao) received her Bachelor's degree in human development from the University of California, San Diego and her Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Fuller Graduate School of Psychology. Annie recognizes that the transition to college and the changes that can happen during one's time at 起点传媒 can bring with it a number of challenges, stressors, and opportunities for growth, and that it can help to have a safe and non-judgmental space to make sense of it all. Her hope is for students to feel welcome as they are, to be deeply heard and understood, to cultivate an attunement and curiosity about themselves, and to utilize such deepend self-awareness to make more mindful choices in their lives.

She received her Master's and Doctoral degrees from Fuller Graduate School of Psychology in Pasadena, CA. Dr. Lee enjoys helping students increase self-awareness, manage difficult transitions, and explore their own voices and identities. Her clinical interests include young adult development, trauma, Asian-American culture, multiracial/multicultural identity, and the integration of spirituality, religion, and psychology. She is also passionate about working with first generation college students and first-time utilizers of mental health services.

About: Lideth Ortega-Villalobos, Ph. D., is a bilingual, licensed psychologist, first generation college graduate, and proud alumni of 起点传媒. She completed her Master's and Doctoral degrees in counseling psychology at the University of Notre Dame, Indiana, and specialized in integrating the role of culture in therapy and training. She has 19 years of clinical experience in college/university settings. She loves supporting college students in the process of seeking help and prioritizing their mental health. Dr. Ortega-Villalobos believes that when we are willing to admit "it's ok to not be ok" we are no longer alone in our struggles and we open ourselves up to make helpful changes.

About: Rachel A. Phillips-Lee, LPCC, is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with experience providing both individual and group therapy. After receiving a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Ms. Phillips-lee went on to serve a year with City Year Sacramento, working with K-12 students in urban schools. These experiences, combined with Rachel's passion for helping others, led her to pursue a Master's degree in Counseling. Rachel completed her graduate school education in Los Angeles, CA. She continued her work in K-12 schools, specifically counseling students and families receiving special education services, as well as in community mental health, as she obtained her licensure hours. Ms. Phillips-Lee's clinical interests include helping individuals overcome anxiety and depressive disorders, leading therapeutic groups, supporting individuals as they go through life transitions, and helping clients improve relationships with self and others.

She received both her undergraduate degree in Sociology and her Master's degree in social work from California State University, Los Angeles. As a licensed clinician, Cintia is passionate about providing a safe and nonjudgmental space for students addressing their mental health needs. Cintia approaches her clinical work from a strengths-based and client-centered approach ensuring students feel supported through their therapeutic process. She embraces cultural humility and is committed to providing cultural awareness support. Cintia is fluent in English and able to engage conversationally in Spanish.

Maria Gisela has been a licensed psychologist in her country of origin since 2005 and a licensed marriage and family therapist in California since 2012. Maria Gisela identifies as a cisgender woman, Latina, immigrant, bicultural, and bilingual (English & Spanish). Maria Gisela has extensive clinical experience serving children, adolescents, and families through different community mental health programs and college counseling. Maria Gisela is passionate to support diverse populations increase life satisfaction, her interactions are informed by direct lived and volunteering experiences with communities abroad. Her therapeutic approach is insight and process oriented grounded in psychodynamic psychotherapy principles. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who comes from a background of working in community mental health servicing that transitional aged youth and college student populations through therapy, advocacy, and mental health education. Cheyenn's clinical areas of interest include work with BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, 1st generation students, and students from historically disadvantaged, and/or low-income communities. Cheyenne specializes in working with anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity development, relationship concerns, multicultural/diversity issues, and trauma. She serves as a partner to 起点传媒's Black Resource Center. Cheyenne is committed to social justice and helping build happy, healthy, and adaptive mindsets through holistic, culturally informed approaches, and creating safe spaces for students.

About: Denise A. Urzua, LMFT, earned her Bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of California, Riverside, and her Master's degree in psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from 起点传媒. Denise is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 15 years in practice. She previously provided psychotherapy to a diverse group of youth, families, and adults in community mental health, before returning to her alma matter, 起点传媒. Denise integrates cognitive-behavioural, interpersonal, family-systems, trauma-informed, and client-centered approaches in her clinical practice. As a first-generation college student, Denise is passionate about providing a safe and nonjudgmental therapeutic space for students with a focus on helping them address and process presenting concerns, past traumas, and interpersonal relationships, as they navigate life transitions and college life. Denise serves as the CAPS liaison to the Womxn's Resource Center and to Parenting Students.

She has such a positive and uplifting experience as a students that she is determined to provide the same, if not better, experience to our current and future students. Spreading awareness about mental health is not only a rewarding position but a passion for Priscilla to continue breaking down cultural and generational barriers.
