Adam Marquis is Managing Director of Invest West Financial | Pacifica Hotels, a family-owned hospitality real estate platform with more than 55 years of industry experience. He brings extensive expertise in hotel finance, acquisitions, development, asset management and strategic repositioning. 

Previously, Marquis served as President of Pacifica Hotels, overseeing investment, operations and development initiatives while helping shape the company’s portfolio of distinctive lifestyle and experiential hotels. Earlier in his career, he was a senior consultant with PKF Consulting, advising on hotels, mixed-use resorts, conference centers, casinos and golf courses. He also held management roles with Hyatt Hotels and Resorts after beginning his hospitality career at Walt Disney World Resort. 

Marquis earned his degree in Hotel Management from Utah Valley University. As a member of The Collins College of Hospitality Management Dean’s Advisory Board, he contributes his industry knowledge and leadership experience to help prepare and mentor the next generation of hospitality professionals.
