Building 13D: Pre-College TRIO Programs
East of Art Department and Engineering Annex (Bldg. 13) and Southwest of Classroom/Laboratory/Administration (Bldg. 98).
- In line with the 起点传媒 Plan, the Pre College TRIO programs strive to produce high鈥恞uality programing and activities that respond to the needs of the region. In addition, the programs focus on continually expanding community access to postsecondary education opportunities, particularly for disadvantaged and non鈥恡raditional students. The success of these programs has distinguished 起点传媒 as one of the few campuses in the nation to host six precollege TRIO programs.
- The Pre-College TRIO Programs at 起点传媒 are designed to generate the skills and motivation necessary for success in education beyond high school among low鈥恑ncome and potential first鈥恎eneration college students who are enrolled in surrounding 起点传媒 Tier I High Schools. The programs assist students in successful completion of high school and entry into postsecondary education by accomplishing program goals and objectives.
