Dear Bronco Community, 

Welcome to the Fall Semester! 

I am delighted to welcome every member of the Æðµã´«Ã½ community back to campus as we begin a new academic year. Whether you are returning to campus or joining the Bronco Herd for the first time, as I am, I am grateful you are here and excited for all we will accomplish together.

From the moment I accepted the opportunity to serve as president, I knew Æðµã´«Ã½ was a remarkable university. Since arriving on campus, that belief has only grown stronger. I have been inspired by our talented students, exceptional faculty and staff, dedicated alumni, and generous supporters. There is tremendous momentum at Æðµã´«Ã½, and I am excited to build on that momentum together.

Our mission is clear. We open doors of opportunity and transform lives through the power of education. Every day, we prepare students to lead, innovate, and make a difference in their communities and beyond. Together, we will continue building on our momentum and expand opportunities for every Bronco. 

Our students chose Æðµã´«Ã½ because they believe in the power of our community. Through our Become by Doing philosophy and the dedication of you, our faculty and staff, we will help them transform their aspirations into achievement. Their success is our purpose, and we will be with them every step of the way. 

Our faculty and staff are the heart of Æðµã´«Ã½ and the reason our students thrive. My commitment is to create an environment where you feel supported, valued, and empowered to grow professionally. Together, we will continue fostering a culture of collaboration, transparency, innovation, and excellence so that Æðµã´«Ã½ remains a place where talented people choose to build meaningful careers.

This year, let us continue building the future of Æðµã´«Ã½ together. The best ideas come from our community, and our greatest accomplishments will come from listening to one another, embracing new opportunities, and working toward a shared vision. We have tremendous momentum, and I am confident in our future.
