Pool Safety Program
EH&S ensures pools and spas are maintained according to the California Health and Safety Code regulations. Ensuring swimming pools and spa facilities are safe and sanitary to avoid the spread of waterborne communicable diseases and prevent physical injury. EH&S conducts annual routine inspections for pools and spas on campus. These include the BRIC, Kellogg West Conference Center and University Village.
EH&S provides consultations and plan reviews prior to any modifications, remodeling, or construction of CPP pools and spas.
Any safety concerns and/or incidents can be reported to EH&S for further investigation and correction.
