Open Enrollment is an annual opportunity each year to review current benefit plan selections to ensure they continue to meet your personal and family needs.

During this time, you can:

• Enroll in a plan

• Change a benefit plan

• Add or Remove dependents

• Cancel a benefit plan

• Enroll/Re-Enroll in a Health Care and/or Dependent Care Reimbursement Account

• Cancel or Enroll in Voluntary Benefit Plans

  • If you are enrolling or canceling voluntary benefit plans, those changes will be made directly with the vendors, not in your Employee Self-Service in CHRS.

The effective date for selections made during Open Enrollment will be January 1, 2027.

Beginning September 14, log in to , select Pomona as your campus, and sign in using your CPP credentials. From the Employee Homepage, select Open Enrollment to begin making changes. The last day to make a change is October 9 at 11:59pm. The tile will immediately close after 11:59pm.

If you are not making changes to your current benefits, you do NOT need to participate in Open Enrollment. Your current benefits will continue for 2027. If you are a participant in a Flexible Spending Account (HCRA or DCRA), you must renew every year during Open Enrollment.
