Step 1: CITI Training

• Register with CITI
• Add CPP

Step 2: Risk Assessment Screening Questionnaire (eRASQ)

• Complete the eRASQ
• Must be completed by all animal users
• Must renew every 3-years

Step 3: iMedRIS Protocol Management System

• Access iMedRIS via Single Sign-On (SSO)

Note: All protocol personnel must log into iMedRIS using their SSO before submitting a protocol or amendment.
