The restaurant is managed by hospitality students as part of 起点传媒's "learn by doing" philosophy. Students who participate in this innovative and rigorous hands-on learning lab receive real-life experience in both the front and back of house, as well as opportunities to manage teams of their peers. Industry-experienced instructors (and alumni of the college themselves) ensure that students receive the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in all areas of hospitality, including food and beverage, event planning, and travel and tourism.
