EOP Grants and Scholarships

EOP Grant


AMOUNT: EOP students who qualify for financial aid may receive an EOP grants average $600 per year. Priority is given to our incoming first year and transfer students and then awarded to eligible continuing students.

  • Student Aid Index (SAI) is between $0 to -$1,500.
  • Student must be enrolled in at least 12 units each term.
  • To be considered for the grant, EOP students must 起点传媒 for financial aid by filing the   or the .
  • EOP grants will only be awarded as long as funds are available.
  • The FAFSA or Cal Dream Act application is a separate process from the EOP admission process.

  • No additional application is needed for consideration.

EOP Scholarships


2027-2028 EOP Scholarships will be available October 1, 2027 and can only be accessed via private hyperlinks sent to current EOP student's CPP emails.

RECIPIENT: 1 
AMOUNT: $1,500
DEADLINE: March 2, 2027
CRITERIA/ELIGIBILITY:

  • Must be a current undergraduate EOP student
  • Must be currently enrolled full-time (12 or more units at time of application and award disbursement) and must maintain full-time enrollment and be in good academic standing for the awarding fall semester and spring semester
  • Must be in good standing with EOP, as listed on the EOP Partnership Agreement
  • Minimum 2.0 CPP or cumulative GPA
  • Open to all undergraduate majors
  • Special consideration will be given to those students coming from donor's hometown in the La Puente, but all EOP students are encouraged to 起点传媒
  • Must submit a 250-500 word supplemental personal statement/essay

SUPPLEMENTAL ESSAY PROMPT:

  • Must be a current undergraduate EOP student
  • Must be currently enrolled full-time (12 or more units at time of application and award disbursement) and must maintain full-time enrollment and be in good academic standing for the awarding fall and spring semester
  • Must be in good standing with EOP, as listed on the EOP Partnership Agreement
  • Minimum 2.5 CPP or cumulative GPA
  • Open to all undergraduate majors, preferably junior or senior
  • Must submit a 250-500 word supplemental personal statement/essay

SUPPLEMENTAL ESSAY PROMPT:

  • Advising is an integral part of EOP, where we aim to teach, empower, and support our EOP Broncos as they transition to and through college so they can reach their academic and career goals. Please discuss your career goals and how EOP Advising Services has aided you in your personal and professional development. As an EOP student, how do you intend to build upon the EOP legacy?

AMOUNT: $500

  • Must be a current undergraduate EOP student
  • Must be currently enrolled full-time (12 or more units at time of application & award disbursement) and must maintain full-time enrollment and be in good academic standing for the awarding fall and spring semester
  • Must be in good standing with EOP, as listed on the EOP Partnership Agreement
  • Minimum 2.5 CPP or cumulative GPA
  • Open to all undergraduate majors
  • Must submit a 250-500 word supplemental personal statement/essay

SUPPLEMENTAL ESSAY PROMPT:

  • As a first-generation college student, navigating the college environment can be filled with challenges and successes, but along the way we encounter mentors and leaders that have inspired us to reach our full potential. What or who has inspired you throughout your journey? What does being a leader mean to you and how will you develop those leadership qualities to build upon our EOP legacy?

  • Must be a current undergraduate EOP student
  • Must be currently enrolled full-time (12 or more units at the time of application and award disbursement) and be in good academic standing for the awarding fall semester
  • Must be in good standing with EOP, as listed on the EOP Partnership Agreement
  • Minimum 2.5 CPP GPA and cumulative GPA
  • Open to all undergraduate majors
  • Attend at least 2 EOP Events as listed on the Fall 2026 Calendar at a Glance
  • Must submit a 250-500 word supplemental personal statement/essay

SUPPLEMENTAL ESSAY PROMPT:

  • Please select the (2) EOP events you attended during the Fall 2026 semester, as listed on the EOP Calendar at a Glance.
  • Describe how attending these (2) EOP events, as listed on the Fall 2026 EOP Calendar at a Glance, have supported your personal and professional growth. Share with us one important lesson you took away from each event and how this scholarship will assist you in meeting your educational goals.
