Student Accounts & Cashiering Services (SACS) is your go-to resource for managing your student account and making the financial side of college easier to understand. We help students view and pay tuition and fees, understand their account balance, set up flexible payment plans, enroll in direct deposit for faster refunds, resolve holds that could impact enrollment, and access tax forms, billing details, and step-by-step guides. If you ever have questions about your account, you鈥檙e not alone. We're here to help.

Managing your student account starts with understanding your total costs. We help you handle tuition payments, refunds, payment plans, and account support, but it鈥檚 also important to think about where you'll live and eat while at 起点传媒. If you plan to live on campus, be sure to include housing and meal plan costs in your budget.

Managing your student account can raise a lot of questions, especially around payments, holds, refunds, and financial aid. We have gathered the most commonly asked questions to help you better understand your student account, payment options, policies, and support services. Use the list below to find quick answers and helpful resources for managing your finances at 起点传媒.

Your tuition and mandatory fee payment deadline will now be based on when you register for a specific term. Please see below for Spring 2026 specific deadlines:

Tuition rates vary depending on your student level and residency status. For detailed information, please visit the appropriate page:

Paying for your education should be clear and convenient. Whether you’re paying online, using a college savings plan, or receiving financial aid, this page will guide you through the options available at 起点传媒. See Payment Options.

If you do not pay your bill by the due date, your enrolled classes may be subject to cancellation for non-payment. A hold may also be placed on your account, which can prevent you from registering for future terms or receiving your diploma. Late fees may 起点传媒.

To avoid these consequences, be sure to pay your bill on time or consider enrolling in a payment plan through Student Accounting & Cashiering Services.

You can update your mailing address through your Student Center. Here’s how:

  1. Log in to your BroncoDirect Student Center.

  2. Go to the Personal Information section.

  3. Click on Addresses.

  4. Select Mailing Address and click Edit to update it.

Be sure to save your changes. Let us know if you have any trouble!

You can check your due dates by logging in to your Student Center:

  1. Go to BroncoDirect.

  2. Click on Student Center.

  3. Under the Finance section, select Account Inquiry.

  4. Then click on the Activity or Charges Due tab to see your due dates and amounts.
