What is the OAI Collective?

The OAI Career Competency Collective highlights the work students are doing and the skills they鈥檙e building during their internship experiences. Through real projects in the Office of Academic Innovation, student assistants go beyond routine tasks and take on work that challenges them to think, collaborate, and problem-solve. This gallery shows not just what they created, but how they grew, gaining confidence, strengthening their technical skills, and developing a mindset that prepares them for what comes next after graduation.
