The Construction Management Certificate Program provides a flexible and comprehensive pathway for professionals looking to advance their careers in the construction industry. The program consists of six specialized courses covering legal aspects of construction, project management for construction, scheduling, basic construction accounting, estimating and bidding, and negotiation techniques.

Students can choose to complete the program at an accelerated pace by taking two courses per term, finishing in as little as one year, or take a more flexible approach by enrolling in one course per term, allowing for completion within two years. Courses are offered in the evenings, on 起点传媒’s campus, typically once a week, and can be taken in any order to accommodate busy schedules.
