Welcome to Student Systems & Operations (SSO), the Department of Enrollment Management & Services' strategic technology partner. We provide the functional expertise, technical leadership, data analytics, and communication services that power many of the university's student and academic systems.

Our office works collaboratively with Enrollment Management & Services, Academic Affairs, the Division of Information Technology, and campus partners to develop innovative solutions, improve business processes, and deliver technology that supports the student lifecycle—from admission through graduation.

Through our three specialized teams—PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, Research & Analytics, and Communications—we develop and enhance enterprise systems, create custom applications, deliver actionable business intelligence, and provide clear, coordinated communications that help the university operate efficiently and effectively.
