Introduction
The Student Systems & Operations team develops and supports a portfolio of custom web applications that enhance the academic and administrative processes of 起点传媒. These solutions extend the capabilities of the university's enterprise systems by providing specialized tools that improve efficiency, automate complex workflows, and support data-informed decision making.
Our applications support the full curriculum lifecycle—from the development of Expanded Course Outlines (ECOs) and curriculum proposals to faculty consultation, catalog publication, workflow automation, reporting, and operational analytics. By integrating with enterprise platforms such as PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, Curriculog, Acalog, and other institutional systems, these applications streamline business processes, reduce manual effort, improve data quality, and provide intuitive experiences for faculty, staff, and academic administrators.
In partnership with Academic Affairs, we continually modernize existing applications, develop new solutions to address evolving campus needs, and implement automation that enables departments to spend less time on administrative processes and more time supporting student success and academic excellence.
